Palm Springs Yoga Retreat — March 31 – April 2, 2017

pool-floatThe Palm Springs Yoga Retreat with Stella Valente was a weekend of yoga, meditation, sun and fun.

We parked our cars for the weekend; guests were able to walk everywhere or explore by bicycle with a complimentary beach cruiser.

The retreat was held at a mid century apartment-hotel, The Twist, where every unit has a full kitchen, balcony with a view of the mountains, access to the pool, spa and our very own yoga pagoda. Downstairs is an organic coffee shop with vegan delectables and the famous Bootlegger Tiki.

This was an unforgettable weekend with a group of like-minded individuals — inspired, healthy and enjoying the good life.

Thank you for an incredible weekend filled with inspiration, intuition and empowerment. Your dedication, knowledge and intuition are gifts that we thank you for sharing. — In love and light, Denise

The retreat was organized with such consideration of all participants that each person had his or her space to stretch and relax and grow in many ways. From meditation to yoga to hiking to massage to eating and laughing, it was a joy-filled weekend.
Thank you and Namaste. — Jana

Last weekend I was at a Palm Springs retreat with Stella. Besides Stella I did not know anybody. We were 14 including her and I had a great time meeting my co-yogis! We got along perfectly and we had a lot of fun during these 2 days. Stella had 4 sessions of yoga starting Friday night until Sunday morning, the day of our checking out. So there was no time wasted. On top of that, we had a great excursion of beautiful hiking Saturday morning. The classes were excellent as usual (Stella is already my instructor) so I combined exercises with pleasure and I had a wonderful time. — Annie
